Each $100 tent rental includes:

  • Teepee

  • Twin Air Mattress

  • Fitted Sheet

  • Cozy Blanket

  • Breakfast Tray

  • 3 Decorative Pillows

  • Battery Powered Neon Light

  • Garland

  • Balloon Garland for Guest of Honor

A 50% deposit is required to book an event and secure your date + $150 refundable damage deposit. In order to confirm your event, a contract must be signed, along with the deposit. Terms and conditions are found within the contract. The balance is due 5 days prior to the event.

 

We are based out of Barrington IL, for locations greater than 30 miles, a $75 Delivery Fee will be applied. Payment methods accepted are Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.

Consider adding on Activities or Personalized Gifts to make your party even more fun!

Activities

for all activities, we will provide you with all you need to lead an activity with the kids during your party. On the day we arrive to setup your teepees, we will setup your activity, and when we come back to break down, we will pick up activity related items noted below. Please note, we are not responsible for cleaning up after any activity related messes made during the party.

Paint Activity $12/child

We will provide you with a setup (table and floor pillows) for kids to sit and paint. This activity includes a blank 12x14 canvas & easel, washable paint, paint brush, disposable smock and paint tray. The painted picture doubles as a take-home gift for the kids!

*We will pick up the table, pillows, easels and whatever leftover paint remains. Used smocks, brushes, trays can be tossed!

Pillow Activity $8/child

We will provide you with a setup (table and floor pillows) for kids to sit and decorate their own pillows!  This activity includes a white standard pillow case and sets of fabric markers.

*No items picked up during breakdown as all can be keepsakes!

Movie Star Activity $12/child

Make the movies in the tents even more fun by adding on the Movie Star activity!

 

Includes shiny backdrop wall and photo props, reusable popcorn holder, movie theater candy & microwaveable popcorn, neon necklace/bracelets, feather boas and movie star glam glasses


*We will pick up the backdrop wall and photo props. All other items can be used as keepsakes!

Spa Activity $15/child

Have your kids relax with their own spa activity! We will provide you with a setup (table and floor pillows). Each child will be able to use a lighted mirror to apply a face mask along with nail stickers to decorate their nails! All children to receive a robe, disposable foam slippers, spa headband, sleeping eye mask and hairband which doubles as a keepsake!

 

*We will pick up the table, pillows and lighted mirrors. All other items can be used as keepsakes!

Personalized Gifts

We have partnered with my friend and small business owner ‘Crafty as a Mother’ to create your custom gifts. Please select from the more popular items listed below, or browse her website for the complete catalog. Personalized gift orders must be placed 10 days in advance and are non-cancellable, non-refundable. You may add on last minute items up to 5 days in advance of party date. All items are designed to be dishwasher and machine wash safe. Personalized Gift items will be delivered at time of setup.
