How it Works

We have a variety of themes and add-on’s to choose from to make your child’s party memorable and fun! Don’t see your theme listed or would like to mix two or three themes shown? Just ask! We have a large inventory that we can pull from to customize a party to meet your needs. 

On the day of your event, our team will arrive at a scheduled time to set everything up needed to make your child’s party a memorable event. Set up takes 60 - 90 minutes, depending on the number of teepees and the design details. Our team will arrive the day after at a scheduled time to pack up our rental items so you can get your space back to normal.

Once we receive your request form, a team member from Chicago Slumber Parties will be in contact within 24 hours to discuss all the details to ensure your party is extra special. Please note, a 50% deposit, along with a  $150 damage deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The balance in full is due no less than 10 days prior to the event, along with waivers of liability.

Willing to do the pickup, setup & return on your own? Then the DIY rental option might be for you! Up to five days before your event, we can arrange a time for you to come pick up the rental tents and all associated decorations with the theme you’ve chosen. The best part of this option is the savings, tent rentals are half off! Pickup will be at our home in Barrington, IL. Rental items are required to be scheduled for return no more than 48 hours after the date of your event.
